Hi. I ordered some game on the website, but after 5 min still didn't receive any game code. Then I asked support about it and got the answer "we have some trouble. We will send u game code asap".
After 2 hours I still didn't have any game code and I asked support about a refund. He told me "it will take 2-10 business days". Then after 15 min I again wrote to the support AND 'i got the code'.
So at the end, I got the code only after some discussion with support and only after I sent a request to refund
So it was a bad experience and i am lucky, that i didn't buy another copy of this game in this 15min (between i asked refund and I got the code)
