“Got a laptop with defective battery and a broken key. And no contact number to contact them”

I purchased a Lenovo Laptop IdeaPad Y700-171ISK. It came wit a broken key and its battery drains in just one hour. I tried to contact them by e-mail but they won't reply me.
I don't know what should I do now. I also purchased additional 1 year warranty. Now All my money is a waste.
