I was looking at the Samsung 75" Neo QLED q90aa and it was $2,799.99 everywhere. ielectrica.com had it for $2,195.00. I saw enough good reviews and enough BS bad reviews on them to go ahead and buy it. I knew they would add the "insurance" charge. It was $187.92, making the total $2,382.92, which is about $700 less than I would pay anywhere, with tax. When the guy called me with the insurance fee, I could tell it was legit and it was not a bait and switch. I had a feeling there would be no problem just from the call. I could tell he knew I was expecting the call and that I wasn't going to start screaming when he quoted the additional fee.

I received the TV exactly one week later. I got a 3pm to 7pm delivery window from AM Trucking. They showed up at 9:30pm. Latest delivery I ever received. They were careful enough, brought it to where I asked, removed the box and powered it up, but wouldn't do anything more. It was in a perfect box. The TV was clearly brand new, pristine and completely wrapped and sealed. As far as I know, I only paid for at the curb delivery. But they brought it in and placed it where I asked.

The delivery guys were not of the quality of what you get from BestBuy. They were hurried and didn't want me to completely inspect the TV. I would not even think of offering them money to attach the TV stand. They looked only qualified to carry it in and open the box. I usually give big tips. This was a rare occasion where I did not tip the delivery guys. Once it was completely unwrapped (after they left) and on my TV stand, it was obvious that this is a perfect, brand new TV, with no issues. It was worth the 40 minutes it took to get it unwrapped and install the stand for $700 off.

I'm writing this review to address all of the bad reviews I see online. Most are bogus bad reviews. I see things like "I was told I would get a call 30 minutes before arrival, but they only gave me 10. I couldn't get home in time and they left a notice on my door to reschedule." Or I see "this is a bait and switch they tell you the price on the website but then fraudulently call you to add more to the price by saying you need insurance." You have to be realistic. These are expensive high end items. They never go on clearance. They are never deeply discounted. The ielectrica price is so low you should know—you get what you pay for! If you want a hassle free experience go to best buy and pay $700 more. And you should always expect to take a day off for a delivery like this.

Meanwhile, the terms of sale on large TV's is you either accept or reject the order on delivery. Otherwise, you get no returns. You get a warranty and insurance. Both of these are crap. Be realistic. If you need warranty service you will never be happy with it. If you make an insurance claim you're looking at 1-2 years to see a check. I know, I had to do it once, with a delivery from Lowes, when the installers damaged the plumbing under my kitchen sink installing an ice maker, when my pipes had pre installed hookups!

These TV's are discounted like this because you are basically giving up the right to a return. The good news is high end TV's are rarely defective out of the box. The bad news is if it's not right for you, or you're not fully satisfied, you're stuck with it. Probably the worst reviews for the Q90aa are found on Best Buy's website. These show obviously broken TVs that broke AFTER the returns period. And, from my experience, that is what most bad TV reviews are. People break them. They cant handle installing the stand. Their kids throw something at it. They drop it installing it on the wall. They knock it down. Or they install it in an adjustable wall mount that causes the screen to flex when they pull it by the edge to position it. If you know not to do these things and you know you don't get a return 80 days later, when you damage the display, you most likely won't have a problem. Your risk factor is whatever the percentage of factory defects is, which is likely around one half of one percent. And the risk of shipping damage, which is also a small percentage for flat screen TVs.

I would recommend fully evaluating the TV you want before ordering. I looked at this TV in Costco, where they had it right next to the LG OLEDs. I knew this was what I needed. I knew I was not going to be disappointed.

If you are one of those people that can't tell what you got or what you want, until after you set it up at home—buy your TVs somewhere else. If you can't handle the uncertainty of a trucking company making a delivery—buy your TV somewhere else. If you are going to break your TV right away—buy your TV somewhere else. If you cannot handle any risk or uncertainty—buy your TV somewhere else.

If you know what the technology and size is and want a deal, buy your TV here. If you know how to handle high end electronics, buy your TV here. That is what it all comes down to.

I can say 100% from my experience last week, that this is a legitimate online store. The prices are insanely low. But there is a catch. No returns.

The last thing I will add is the delivery guys cut the cardboard box off with a razor. When I was moving the packing materials to the garage, I saw that the Samsung box says if you damage the box like that you are not entitled to a return. From any store. So just keep that in mind. They cut the box to prevent a return. And if you buy a TV somewhere else, don't damage the box if you might need a return.

Tip for consumers:
The product is Genuine. Brand New. In Original Retail Packaging. And has a valid factory Warranty that you register online with Samsung. Not B Stock. Not Refurbished. Not Open Box. Sale is Final Once Signed For. No Returns!!!
