“HORRIBLE! HOW CAN WE DO SOMETHING”

I bought two itens from this site, they send them separatly but both of them are horrible with bad materials and nothing similar with what i have demand. They cannot have this site fraudulent open. I tried to get help from pay pal but they don, t do nothing to give my money back. How can I do something to have my money back. Is there any autority there we can get help? I am not calm without doing nothing. Please someone knows what we can do?
