I had a defective printer. I called HP and I ended up with a nice plan to buy a new one. They don't inform you that you have to enroll, so that's the trick. Now yesterday was my last day to enroll and I forgot to call last night, I was still trying to figure out what would work better than this one. Now, even tough I don't like the new printer I have to keep it in order to avoid to pay $270… What? No thank you, never again HP. I forgot to check the reviews before I called them. Terrible mistake.

After they will improve their customer service I will give them more stars. For now 1 it is plenty. Be aware.

Terrible customer support. Hard to understand how they are allowed to be in the business
