What do you mean by "they do make money from the chats"? Girls get services on the site for free, they do not earn money. Most couples, of course, first communicate on the site in messages and chat. This is necessary so that the couple understands whether they really match to continue communication outside the site. Communication outside the site is a closer level of relationship, where the couple is well acquainted and understands what to expect from each other, organizes a meeting. Perhaps you were in a hurry to switch to communication outside the site, and a woman was not ready for this.
