Their support system is very poor. Every time I need to wait around 2 hours to get them in chat and most of the time I fail to reach them. They deleted my card, said their is a maintanance issue and I have to buy a new card. They didn't give me back the $5 which I paid them to get my card. Also they kept $1 balance on the dead card and sent me back rest of the card amount. It is not any kind of service I think.
