I have booked flight twice - Once on 24th March, 20 and other on 12th May, 20 and to my bad flight got canceled due to COVID-19. I contacted IndiGo airline for my refund, they told full amount has been refunded back to Raja Travels. I am dropping mail to Via customer care and also trying to contact them daily from last 2 months every single day. I need my full refund for both the flights.
WORST APP. Please dont book your ticket through this.
