Booked a Taxi for my wifes birthday treat. Was contacted to inform me that despite the website accepting the booking on behalf of a company no taxi was available. I have not had a refund of the advanced payment made at time of booking. I have had no response to repeated emails/online contacts. Avoid at all costs... complete rip off.
