Rentspree uses Transunion to verify people's info, BUT IT IS CONSISTENTLY EXTREMELY INACCURATE! Transunion, Equifax, and Experian are constantly combining SSN which is ridiculous, because a person only gets one, they never update people's addresses or work history AND THEY HAVE ALL HAD MASSIVE SECURITY BREACHES SPREADING PEOPLE'S INFORMATION ACROSS THE INTERNET! If you own a business or you're a landlord, there are much easier/accurate/quick ways to vet a potential renter.
I just realized Rentpee is Transunion Smartmove; Transunion just made a cheaper version of itself to compete with itself. Otherwise, why would Transunion Smartmove partner with RentSpree when they are sort of competitors? Same company.
