Brylane Home failed to change my shipping address and then failed to aide me thru FedEx to stop the shipment and correct the label. I lost my merchandise and the $93 I will end up paying for it. I paid off their credit card am closing out my account. I do not recommend doing business with their stores.
Tip for consumers:
The shipping method they use does not allow a stop of the package in transit to correct their shipping address mistake. Lost my merchandise because of their shipping method.
