I just saw the prices to buy more credits and it seems like robbery to me and might prevent me from continuing

I don't fully understand why you are prohibited from exchanging any sort of personal information with a woman, especially if you have been chatting and exchanging letters for a long time. While I understand your need to make a profit, I would think you made enough money off of any man who has been chatting and exchanging letters for many months with a particular woman. I believe that doing so would result in more matches leading to forever relationships, and thus many more positive stories you could use to draw more people to your website.
With some issues you proved to be very helpful, while in others pretty much worthless as your whole focus seems to be centered in making as much money as possible, NOT in allowing people to find love while thousands of miles away from each other.
I spent 10 years living in Europe and did a great deal of traveling during those years. I found the women in the Ukraine to not only be beautiful, but also highly intelligent, in my opinion the "perfect woman".

We strive to provide security and convenience for all members, which is why direct transfer of data is prohibited. For example, if you transfer personal data outside of the Contact Request rule, we will not be able to protect you in the event of fraud or harassment.
We have really strong anti-scam protection for our male clients, but we also want to protect our ladies from men with impure intentions so lady must be confident in a man to whom she gives her PERSONAL information. A couple must know each other well and then we can admit giving personal contacts of a lady, because they will continue a communication outside of our site and our protection.
Also, do not forget that the consent of a lady can also be a purely emotional, and not a rational act. Therefore, we conducted a survey among women, according to the results of which the 1500 credit rule was introduced. This rule helps both partners get to know each other better through communication, which gives a better chance of a successful story.
