I ordered something in November. An email was sent saying it is on back order. Over the weeks item was shown in stock mine still not shipped. Called a few times was told it would ship. Still hasn't. Shame on them ordering a month before Christmas shouldn't be a problem. Over promise under deliver. I will never shop there again

There customer service is clearly taught to say its on the way when it isn’t . They were friendly but had no idea if or when I would get my product
