I was scammed with this app. Customer service is poor - there is no phone number to call to say there is a problem. More than 3 hours waiting time for online support. The scammer knew he couldn't get anything done in time, so he contacted this particular company.
I was incorrectly emailed saying my verification failed and the transaction was declined and my card was not charged. I thought thank goodness there is good security there. 90 minutes later you will receive an email saying that your transaction has been successfully completed! Poor protection of vulnerable customers. I'm still waiting for online support.
The current standby time is 3 hours. It was so frustrating that they only got back to me when I contacted the refund company mentioned above. I was able to recover 90% of my losses through the help of F O RE N SIC - WAT CH COM
