I ordered a swimsuit on 30th June. I started following up on why it wasn't received on 6th August and was told there had been a delay and it would be sent in a reasonable time frame. 5 emails later with no answer I cannot find what a 'reasonable time frame' is and I doubt I will ever receive it. These people are thieves. Customer service is a joke. They take your money and you won't see it or the goods at all.

Ordered two bathing suits to take overseas and they weren't sent in a timely manner. I said to cancel the order and refund rather than send. We had this back and forward email for days with me saying cancel the order it's of no use to me now. Then they said sorry, can't cancel it's already sent. But I'd spent the previous four days saying don't send I don't want it. It was nowhere near the size on the order chart and after still being given the run around I gave the two bathing suits away. English isn't their first language and customer service is not even on the agenda. They have no clue. As long as they have your money they do not care what your experience is or even if you are satisfied with the goods. I will not end up with a copy/paste response like all the other poor reviews. This is NOT customer service Rotita.
