Ordered two bathing suits to take overseas and they weren't sent in a timely manner. I said to cancel the order and refund rather than send. We had this back and forward email for days with me saying cancel the order it's of no use to me now. Then they said sorry, can't cancel it's already sent. But I'd spent the previous four days saying don't send I don't want it. It was nowhere near the size on the order chart and after still being given the run around I gave the two bathing suits away. English isn't their first language and customer service is not even on the agenda. They have no clue. As long as they have your money they do not care what your experience is or even if you are satisfied with the goods. I will not end up with a copy/paste response like all the other poor reviews. This is NOT customer service Rotita.

The delivery period depends on the shipping method you choose. If you choose flat rate shipping, it’s quite slow and generally 2-3 weeks of delivery. Standard shipping takes 1-2 weeks, and expedited shipping is as fast as 3 days delivery.
