My experience left much to be desired. The initial promise of assistance didn't align with the actual delivery. Communication was lacking, and my specific requirements seemed to be overlooked.
I had hoped for a significant improvement in my presentation, but it remained subpar despite their involvement.
In fairness, I acknowledge that they may have their strengths, but based on my experience, I cannot offer a more positive rating. I hope they can take this feedback constructively to enhance their services for future customers.
