I signed up early in the month for the VIP Membership and dutifully clicked the 'skip this month' button to avoid being charged 49.95. Imagine my surprise and anger when checking my bank account to see... 49.95 gone towards a store credit. I immediately called customer service where I was met with an incredibly fake, apologetic man who swore he cancelled my membership. I even asked directly, is this membership cancelled? After replying yes, he said (so rudely) that a refund was not available. A month goes by and today I see ANOTHER charge of 49.95. I call to hear another fake apologetic voice of a clearly foreign woman who actually cancelled my membership and provided me a refund for the second charge (but still was rather rude, imploring me to use my store credit to BUY MORE OF THEIR PRODUCT). No words about the first charge but I will be disputing with my bank. I will be calling, telling, yelling at anyone who will listen about this experience. I am in high school, so imagine my shock at losing $100 even when using my money responsibly and bothering to read the terms and conditions of the membership. This is might as well be a scam website!
