Booked Bangkok - Pattaya tour (big mistake of course). Before making payment, they promised me everything I asked for (cruise? Yes, good hotel? Yes, good location? Yes) I was very happy with their response. They sent itinerary without specific details in it and when asked why they said once you make payment you will get all details.
I made payment and oh boy! What is name of hotel? Just before your flight takes off, we will tell you. What is the name of the cruise company? We will tell half hour before cruise.
Seriously, please stay away from this company. Manager never picks up calls and what did I get in the end? No cruise and a hotel which is on the outskirts of Bangkok.
I have attached screenshots of all the promises they made and the way they go about dealing with their customers.
Please stay away! You will end up fighting with them for each and every thing on the itinerary instead of enjoying your tour!
Now they are saying they can pay Rs. 1000 as compensation and it's been 2 months, they are yet to resolve my issue. Pathetic!
