Whenever I bought high cost items, it is not recorded. I even canceled order and made sure use the link and reorder my computer from the Lenovo website last year, but the transaction was not added. I claimed missing transaction, and nudged 3 times, but the case closed and I never got paid. And I ordered a coat from Bloomingdales a week ago, and it is not there again. It happens only I purchased over $1000 items. So frustrating, and I can't trust them.
