- taxes not included in quoted price. Might be common in other countries but considered a suspect practice where i love. Meant i paid more than i would have if I had chosen another site that were more transparent
To verify my photo ID needed to buy, i needed to open a ticket. This whole process is not required elsewhere and so a big inconvenience
