I purchased tickets from Rateyourseats for Game 7 of the World Series which wasn't played because the Braves won Game 6. I emailed them that night about a refund and was told it would take about a week. I received the refund in time and was pleased with my experience.
Tip for consumers:
I emailed about my refund, but was told they are automatically triggered for all cancelled events.
I ordered new running shoes and had them the very next day. It typically takes a couple more days than that when I order, but this time it was so fast (just like me in my new shoes)!
