Their customer service is horrible. Can't get anyone on the phone... and good luck with their AI bot chat via their web-site. We're taking our business elsewhere after several years with eFax. Not the same Co they used to be by any stretch of the imagination. They charge our firm credit card and get paid, yet lately when our clients send faxes to us, they get nothing but a busy signal on their end. Very unprofessional looking for any business. And no one is available to help resolve the problem.
