I originally gave BiCupid 2 stars due to their timely response, however I now receive the same computer generated reply without anybody actually reading my appeal. 1 star.
My original response to their first email:
Ok. Thank you for that.
When you mention uploading identification I was never prompted because I had not made it to that screen yet. I was only on the initial stages of signing up.
Also my autocorrect made an error: Haven't even used the *site yet.
Even though reading many positive reviews about your site, I am a little offended about being suspended from a site I have barely entered. I am a person of high moral character and would never offend anyone. Grappling with being a bisexual man my whole adult life, being excluded from your club for no valid reason is quite insulting. In fact it should be something your business does as a last resort. You are dealing with people that sometimes struggle with their identity and therefore should take more care in suspending somebody that has not even completed your application.
I am in a loving relationship with a beautiful woman and even though we thought this could be something exciting, this has been a sign to not endeavour this on an online platform.
I will be posting this message online as a warning to other people in a similar position. It is more than likely an IT issue however you should take more care excluding people without a valid reason. It could be seen as cruel to a person trying to be included.
As a warning to other subscribers: I had only got to the stage of entering my name, DOB and a beautiful photo of my partner and I before then being told my account was being suspended. Not a nice introduction. Take care.
Regards
ST
