Update on 11/19/2023:
After contacting all parties involved and filing a number of complaints with all collected artifacts, I managed to fix this on my own, WITHOUT any help from Arangrant.

Arangrant finally emailed me between 10-11pm on Saturday night telling me that their team had "diligently forwarded" my request to the appropriate department and were waiting for their response, after I was promised a 5-10 hour update on Wednesday (between 1-0-11pm). They again asked me to be patient and wait for a comprehensive update within the next 1-3 business days.

Keep my rating for the horrendous experience.

Previous:
TL;DR: Bought business class round trip, Spent 5-6k but my return trip is only Premium Economy. Contacted Arangrant many times, but the issue still stays unsolved. Assured to hear from them in 6-10 hours in last contact, but it is 23-24 hours ago. Do NOT waste your Money with Arangrant, not to mention the unnecessary hassles and stress.

I bought a business class round trip through Arangrant recently. The class for the ticket is displayed as business class for both outbound and inbound trips when I booked the ticket on their website. My returning trip (AA8496) class is R. I was told it is Business Class by AA, but only Premium Economy by JAL, by the airline companies. As it is operated by JAL, I was told by JAL that they can ONLY allow me to pick an Premium Economy seat.

It is Arangrant's responsibility to find out this and disclose to their customers since they booked tickets on the customer's behalf. There is NO way for us to find out this on our own since we are only able to see what's on their website when we booked the ticket. If I knew the return flight was premium economy, I would never have bought such a ticket.

I paid 5573.80 for the round trip ticket. The ticket price also went up a lot between the time I booked it and now. I am exposed to financial loss as well as other risks now, due to the inconsistent and fraudulent information on their website.

Also, do not even bother to contact the "*******@arangrant.com" email that their agent replied under lots of the negative reviews. I already sent emails to that account, and NO ONE replied.

I will report this to the customer protection agency and talk to a lawyer to seek legal resolutions. And I encourage anyone who got screwed up by Arangrant to file official complaints to this company through the customer protection agency or talk to your lawyer.

Travel agents are liable to their customers if they present fraudulent misrepresentations.

Let's work together to report these misconduct of Arangrant, to prevent more victims like us in the future.
