They count the 30 day return window from the date it ships out but it takes 2 weeks to arrive! My order is still not here yet. They use Fedex home delivery (cross country snail shipping to go through each state and change trucks in between and always delay). But the 30 day return window is already ticking from the date they sent out my product. So, they are basically lying about the 30 day return because it's never 30 days. And I talked to their rep, they showed no sense of helping or changing my returning window time. This company's return policy sucks. And I hardly experience other US stores has this kind of unfair return policy.

Tip for consumers:
Your best bet is to buy at the store instead of waiting for their snail mail to come to you while you may not even eligible to return if you don't like the order because their 30 day return window starts from the date they ship out your order with snail mail, instead of starting from the date you receive the order.

Must order $89 minimum to get free shipping or my shipping charge was $28. That's insane. And a lot of the items takes 14 days to be received by them from other sources before shipping to me. That's almost a whole month wait.
