Attorney's firm solicited our company for the completion of a rejected trademark filing in 2019. At that time we chose to move forward with a different firm andifferent firm and our trademark was successfully filed. Unfortunately the attorney we hired is no longer available. October of 2021 firm for f. Ciaramella was contacted for the filing of 2 trade marks for 2 separate companies. One of these was an update as we were only changing the slogan for the previously filed trademark. Even after receiving retainer communication was always delayed by weeks. Facts about the 2 businesses were clearly stated, however he confused them on more than one occasion. By december, questions such as where the company's were based and if they were for profit was asked months following, all of which was verifiable had due diligence been completed. Competency at this point was questionable. Although we'd severed the contract the attorney refuses to return relative funds. We've filed a formal complaint with the board and are seeking legal action.

Made a purchase of about $1000 that never arrived. The company claimed the address was changed and then not found but it's an actual Post Office (confirmable on google) where FedEx & UPS delivers.
The sector of fedex that they use does not even allow changes so they put he wrong address on the label initially or fraudulently kept my merchandise. I spoke with fedex directly and receive a case number with them as they confirmed and provided documentation of Thredup's fabrications. My shipment was delivered to an address in a city that was not even listed on my account. Thread up then stated they would do nothing about it and recommended speaking with my bank. I've filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, FTC and are filing a police report. It is insane and unacceptable.

I ordered a part for my car and paid for expedited shipping that indicated I'd receive it in 5 business days which was on the 14th. On the 16th I received an email stating it was shipped. I tried tracking it but it didn't work. Several days later after numerous attempts to track, CS saying give it a couple of days & figuring out it was DHL for shipping I decided to call. DHL stated it never left Singapore because it had not been inspected. When emailing CS and sharing this information asking to cancel and refund me in full, they said it was just shipped on the 19th so please wait and we can't refund you because it has already been shipped. DHL still indicates that the part remains in Singapore. They are scamming and cause nothing more than headache. I'm reporting this to the Federal Trade Commission and filing with my bank. Worst experience ever.
