The rosegal website are CHEATS. I ordered 10 items but only received 3 of them in the first week. It is now the third week and i have not received the other items, went on the support center and sent in a ticket but have yet to receive a response form them and it has already been 3 working days. Have no idea what is going on with the other 7 items as they have failed to keep me updated on the process. Sent a direct email to the main person 2 working days ago to ask for a refund and i also have not heard from him/her. Very disappointed with them and will never order any thing from them ever again. Will also advice all that i know to never shop on this page. I wasted my money and even the 3 items that I got form them where crap material.

Finally got a respond from customer service right after the negative review. And got the rest of the products shipped to me. However, it still took quite a long time for the products to get delivered but I was notified about it by customer service. The quality for the rest of the products were better. So my advise for those who would still wanna purchase their products, is to read the reviews for each product as they are from different suppliers. Hope this review helps
