RUN from this company! They sold me a defective item that was immediately returned. They "claim" they've tried to refund my card but CHASE bank keeps blocking their attempts. CHASE bank had stated this is not a business practice to block any attempts on refunds especially on the same account the item was used to purchase. I'm filing a civil suit and a theft report with the local police. They now have my money $553.17 and my item and state they do not care! Customer service has REFUSED A STORE CREDIT. REFUSED TO SEND A REPLACEMENT ITEM. REFUSED TO SEND A REFUND CHECK. REFUSED TO REFUND ANOTHER CARD. They do not care about their customers!
