I ordered (2) shirts in which I kept getting the run around from customer service. I filed a complaint with the BBB and did some research king size is part of full size beauty brands and full beauty brands is part of my apax partners and last yr full size beauty brands filed for bankruptcy and pulled out within a month. Why they won't return a customer's hard earned money. I emailed to get CEO of full sized beauty brand and apax partners and received a call saying both my orders would be cancelled and I wouldn't be charged anything!. Most of the merchandise is coming from China or India. This operation operates like wish and has the same quality as wish. Read the fine print and do some research and you'll come out on top!

This is how they get you. See enclosed pics if order is processing they won't cancel the order. I was given so many delivery dates they can't even tell the truth to themselves. All there product comes from China this is the dysfunctional wish. I was told my order was processing but then get a email saying my order is back ordered. It isn't hard to file a civil complaint and luckily for me there corporate HQ is in El Paso tx.

I received a email 7/9 saying one of my orders wouldn't be available til after 8/22. I called to cancel both my orders woman told me I couldn't cancel any of my orders. I've contacted the BBB and the Ftc to look into this company. Most of there product comes from China there cust Serv is worthless. They order there product from China and if you ask to cancel a order it'll go from back order to processing and they'll refuse to cancel the order.
