I do not think so, we are very good, we have sold noottropic since 2010, and make 100% delivery and quality. We used to label products other names, that is due to custom issue, but we always 100% delivery and quality, any customer who doesn`t receive package will get refund or reshipment.
If John repeatly sent you wrong COA, why you order from us many times, and stating that we go from OK to bad. I am dealing with all nootropic order in Sun, not John, he deal with Vosun Chemicals.
