I wish I would have read all these reviews before I bought my umbrella - no one answers their phone or returns emails. I am disappointed in their customer service

i ordered an umbrella i want to return it the colour is not the same as the picture and it is too big for me to handle you need 2 people to put it up and down i tried to get ahold of the customer service line no one answers and they do not return emails
