Ordered a pair of sandals, 130$ before taxes. Tried them on when they arrived by mail, too big even though my size! Wore them 2 minutes, TOO BIG. They returned them back to me saying they were worn. Wrote to explain, nope, they maintain the shoes were worn and that is that! Now stuck with expensive shoes that don't fit. ******* is my order number incase Softshmuck give a crap!

I have purchased about 10 pair of expensive shoes since this summer, the ones I returned just didn't fit. Never again I will purchase from them.
