I spent one hour, 23 minutes and 19 seconds trying to reduce my rate. I was transferred to SEVEN DIFFERENT PEOPLE. Including being sent back and forth with the same departments. I have never had a more frustrating experience with a company. Also, after all that my questions were still not answered clearly. Find a different insurance company if you're looking at Progressive don't do it!
Not to mention their rates are ridiculous.
Tip for consumers:
Don’t go with Progressive. Save yourself the money and the piece of your mind you will loose if you have any questions.
