I ordered a beautiful chunky knit sweater and received something cheap looking, and they did nothing

Don’t buy anything from Hollander, Petra fashion. They are scammers
Products used:
They would refund my money but I would be responsible for costs shipping the item to china to get my money. So basically I would still be out all of my money and they would have the item back to send to some other poor sucker.
