Do not, I repeat DO NOT order from this company. I went on line weeks ago to purchase some cute clothing and then I saw the horrible reviews. I emailed them to cancel my order. I got am email from Yolanda asking me to reconsider and too not go by the reviews that everyone has a different experience. I emailed back saying that I would give them a chance, however, if there is any discrepancies with my order I would be sending it back and want a FULL refund. I got an email the next day saying that my order was cancelled.
Yolanda (if thats even her real name) emailed me later on saying that my money would be put on a 'wallet' on there site. I replied back Yolanda and said I dont want a store credit. I have no intentions on ordering from this store ever again and I want my credit card fully refunded. I called my credit card company and advised them of what was going on. I called them multipe times explaining that my order has been cancelled and I still havent gotten a refund and that Yolanda isnt getting back to me. My credit card company tried calling them and he got no answer.
I emailed Yolanda again, asking for my refund and she said not to worry I will inform you when its done. (ya right, lady. Ive been asking for this refund for weeks now and keep getting the run around. Im not going to wait on you.) I told her that I want it no later than a certain date. The response I got back is that it takes 7-10 business days. Ive been waiting weeks for this refund. Its now been over the allocated time since I got that last email from her and guess what, nothing. I emailed her, again for the 100th time demanding my hard earned money to be credited back to my credit card and I told her I wanted by yesterday at 5pm. Ive heard nothing from Yolanda. I emailed her again last night saying that I will stop until I get my FULL refund from this company and ignoring me is not helping the situation. I have to again, call my credit card company and tell them to dispute this purchase, because im not paying for an order that I cancelled weeks ago. I have the emails to prove it to them.
Im still waiting to hear back from Yolanda or someone who can address this situation in a very fast and efficient manner.
Whoever you are, DO NOT purchase anything from this company. Its sooo not worth it. Spare yourself the headache and RUN far away from this place.
