Just received a floor mat for which I paid $138, and would not mind if it was the quality that used to be associated with this brand. Unfortunately, it looks like an item you would find at a dollar store, very poor quality. Click on the customer service email link and nothing happens-page not found. Very sad- doesn't look line this company will be in business too much longer. Buyer beware!
Tip for consumers:
I would not order from this company again, too risky. No way to contact customer service and quality is not as expected. I have been a customer for many years, this does not seem to be the same company at all. Items are just as expensive but appear to be cheaply made. Buyer beware!

I purchased a floor mat and an outdoor entrance mat which I did keep.

Lamp came in with base pieced together. Chips and peeling paint. So disappointed in this quality!...
