If I could leave negative stars i would... Ordered a bomber jacket size XL for my 20 year old son, who weighs 190 pounds. Jacket was stamped XXL and fit me, ( I am 122 pounds) refused to answer emails, they eventually wanted to exchange the jacket that took 7 weeks to be delivered... BUYER BEWARE!
Ordered a sweater, took 7 weeks to be delivered from order date. Its not the best quality, but it was only $21.00 sooo I got what I paid for. Items come from China, so if you need something or expect something before 2 months, you're gonna be unhappy.
WILL NOT BUY FROM AGAIN!
I ordered a pair of Nike Roshes from wearitrockit on February 20. Received a confirmation email for my order the same day. I have sent them 2 emails regarding the status of my order (no phone number) and have yet to get a reply from them. Beware!
This is THE worst photography business I have ever encountered. Senior pics were VERY dark and distorted yet they wanted me to pay to return them and then pay again for shipping the reprint. Football pics have taken 3 months to receive. When asked to mail to my home & not the school because of their error they wanted me to pay $15 to mail 2 pictures! A complete rip off!
*** Update, they did correct their mistake and followed up with me to be sure I was satisfied.
Tip for consumers:
This company is out of China...no phone numbers on website, so you cannnot speak with a person live only email unless they call you through skype.
