My review may change when I actually get the items if they really blow me away, but considering it's been over 2 weeks since I've ordered and they still haven't even SHIPPED OUT YET, I'm not feeling very positive. I spent enough to get express shipping which is listed on their site as 3-5 business days. It's been 12 business days and they are still in "processing"
I've reached out to support and they promised it would be shipped. Then suddenly they tell me they are "moving their warehouse" and all orders are delayed, contradicting what the support agent told me the day before that it would ship out soon. "Sorry for the inconvinience but this is an exception for shipping that we decided to move the warehouse in few days." -- As if you suddenly decide to move your warehouse without any notice to your staff! There are ways to prepare for that sort of thing. Some people say they've gotten their items within 2 weeks, but I'm feeling like it might take me a month to get the items. I wish I had never ordered at all.
