I have had no end of trouble with joom delayed packages offers of 50%refund damaged orders and they don't get onto shippers or couriers or customs about packages it is left all to us they have details of when a package is being sent but say they are intermediary and can't get in touch they are the sellers and should have, all details of the people they use they sent me a copy of hermes details so they. Do have them just can't be bothered want to sell the goods but can't be bothered to do the work that comes with it need boycotting

Tip for consumers:
Take so long on shipping don't contact the places left all up. To. Us had several damaged goods not good on shipping times as have several packages delayed and they have details but won't do anything its up to. Us bit they are the sellers

This is what we've got for 20 € and come without the box. Very disappointed! Be aware of this...
