A special order product I received was not working properly so I started a claim - the item was supposed to have been replaced after another run was produced - unfortunately, the replacement never came, and by the time I remembered I was supposed to get a replacement I emailed again, and got no response... I stared a second claim and Ruel took great care of me... sadly, the item I wanted was out of production! I was able to order anything else off the site at the same price, but I was disappointed my first claim fell thru the cracks.
