They don't have a return process. Chinese clothes fit totally unpredictable and quality is lame. Don't buy from this company if you order on-line and return items and keep some. They won't help you return. VERY BAD.
What makes it so special from others is that it has an innovative arbitrage component, which can give you additional income. So who would not love an additional income right! I certainly love it and will continue too for the long term ;).
