I ordered two arrangements for different family members for a funeral in February. The total cost was $230. Initially I thought I was ordering from a local florist in Wisconsin. I went to the funeral and neither arrangement was delivered. I have contacted Troy's Florist several times. Twice I received a response that the credit was being processed. The last email I had from them was March 10th. They haven't responded to my latest email that I sent them on March 20th.
