Cleared cookies, and rebooted, no help.
Finally did work using EDGE
Supposedly there is a 25% off promo using coupon code CANADA25 but it doesn't work on either Chrome or EDGE.
Your online chat is slow, and not effective in providing solutions 9although one of the suggestions was try a different browser.
