What a wonderful suggestion, just mail in mountains of data and photos so that you can learn that the information is incomplete, perhaps months later, with no indication of what is missing. In conclusion, there is no way to pay the $555 and get a N-565 copy unless I can surmise, without any help from USICS, what information is missing and proceed to enter it.
