Revzilla always comes through. I have ordered a significant number of items from Revzilla over the years and they have always delivered. Great company.

I ordered an RXB150 from Orion Powersports. I requested and paid for it to be "Pro" prepped. Despite Orion claiming it would take 4-8 days, the bike actually took five weeks to arrive after I placed my order.

The bike started and ran "roughly" when it arrived. I took it for a test ride literally around the block and in that distance the front brake and entire exhaust system fell off. Luckily, I was able to find the bolts. So much for "pro" prepping. I pulled every bolt off the bike and used loc tight or appropriate lock washers to ensure it wouldn't completely fall apart on my next ride.

The carb was far too lean and required rejetting. On my next ride, the fuel line became pinched by the petcock and sprung a leak. It turns out the fuel line is made from insanely cheap plastic and will leak if you so much as look at it funny. I replaced the fuel line. Finally, after about five hours of wrenching (pulling all bolts, Loc Tighting and retightening, rejetting carb, replacing fuel line), the bike ran pretty well and would go around the block without shedding parts.

Meanwhile, I had ordered an expedited MCO, which turned out to be a total scam, first of all because it took ten days to arrive and secondly because Orion hadn't taken the time to actually fill it out legibly or properly. Anyway, that didn't matter because the bike Orion is marketing as "Street Legal" is NOT street legal in Wisconsin and there is no way for me to get a title or plates. This motorcycle does not have a DOT sticker and is classified as a dirt bike. So, long story short. I couldn't use it. Luckily for me, I found a buyer with some land and a kid who wanted a dirt bike. However, I still took a pretty serious hit in both time and money.

Based on my experience, would I suggest that a person do business with Orion Powersports? No. Would I suggest that a person purchase an Orion RXB150? No. I ended up doing what I should have done in the first place and bought an established brand from a local dealer.

UPDATE: Below Orion makes a bunch of claims refuting this review. First of all, I did not order on a presale. That is BS. If it was, Orion did not indicate this in any way on their site. Their site said instock and 4-8 days to ship. I wouldn't have ordered it if it didn't. Also, when I ordered, there was no indication on their site that the bike was anything other than street legal. Any changes in wording have been made since then, I'm sure after others have had the same experience. They "rush shipped" only after I emailed them several times with no answer. At first, I got a very snotty email saying that I didn't provide an order #, but when I pointed out that I had, in fact, included an order # in every single email, they then admitted that they were that they were down a mechanic. They supposedly refunded me for this special rush shipping when they were covering for the fact that they didn't ship for weeks and ignored emails. The wording on their site indicated free shipping in 4-8 days and any claims they make to the contrary are simply untrue.

I don't even begin to know where to start with the "pro prepping." If it was only a lean carb, I wouldn't have cared. But that was the least of it. I have owned several motorcycles and I have never had one come from a dealer that shed the front brake and the header pipe in the first three minutes of operation. Seriously, the front brake fell off of my "pro prepped" motorcycle in the first two hundred yards. I'm lucky I'm not seriously injured and they are lucky they are not getting sued for negligence. I can tell you with complete confidence that I spent money for something they flat out didn't do. If I sent a product to someone in that condition, I would be embarrassed. Instead of apologizing, see below. I stand by my review.

We are not even sure where to start. You ordered this bike on a pre sale order. You knew it was going to be a minimum 30 days to arrive. You signed off agreeing to this.
On your bike running... Wisconsin is a lot different climate than Texas. You may have to tune your bike.
On being street legal... look on the product description. We tell you before you buy to check with your local DMV. How could we know the laws of every city, county and state?
And on the MCO... in case you haven't noticed, the entire country has been shut down. We couldnt provide rush shipping because we were not allowed to be open. We refunded you for this too but you forgot to mention this.

“I pre ordered a RXB 230 dirt bike and the shipped me a RXB 250 dual sport, didn't want a dual sport. Then after 6 hours I have no spark. They are not helpful at all. They don't care about customers.”
