I've read a number of these reviews but I had a good experience. The first knife took about a week to receive. Sadly, it was defective. However, I got right on the phone and immediately spoke to a customer service rep. She was kind, helpful and without hesitation said they would send me another knife no charge ASAP. Two days later I got the replacement and it works well. On top of that they did not want me to be troubled sending back the defective one so they said keep it.
