Have lived in this community for 6+ yrs. One issue after another from day 1 after move-in. Original/previous owners did not maintain property & dumped it (sold) Dec. '19. Buyers spent big bucks on a few cosmetic changes but have done little to address real issues. Property has continued to decline since sale. Owners are based in Florida so why be concerned about +55 community in Indiana? Little to no communication with residents paying outrageous rent. Consistent water issues, mold, caved in ceilings, poor/no hvac, rodents, bugs, and on and on. It could be a nice community for seniors on fixed income but sadly it is Titanic Manor, the ship is going down. Look elsewhere for housing.

Tip for consumers:
Do not be fooled by what you are shown, do your homework.

Ordered from Old Navy, on-line, for the first time early Dec '21. Was thrilled with the 40% off. My irritation is with who Old Navy uses for shipping. Cannot believe how long it took to receive when everything was in stock. Old Navy takes NO responsibility for performance of shipper. That is unacceptable. My order first showed it had shipped & gave estimated arrival date. One day later status shows "delay." Stayed that way for 1 week. UDS (United Delivery Service) must be a cheap piece of work which is why Old Navy uses? Zero customer service skills. And why should the customer have to search for orders? I ordered thru Old Navy so in my opinion Old Navy is responsible to locate status & explain delay. Need to step up your game, Old Navy. I will not order from them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Very disappointing.

Tip for consumers:
Clarification on who they use for shipping & that the customer is responsible for resolving issues with that vendor vs. Old Navy.

  • Peapod

5/3/20

I used Peapod for 3+ yrs beginning in 2016. I live in the midwest & felt good about giving business to a midwest grocery service even though I had never used this type of service before. Started out pretty well but declined over the yrs. Prices were not competitive, produce almost always near expiration, eggs usually broken, out-of-stock common even though website showed available, wait times for customer service outrageous, no callbacks ever rec'd., website became a horror to use & when reported always the same response-no problems on our end. About the only positive was drivers were consistently pleasant & respectful. Peapod dropped the midwest region with no notice to customers. I placed an order mid-February, order was confirmed & debit charge showed pending as usual. My order never showed up, was rescheduled for following day, never showed up & I never heard another word from Peapod. I found out about discontinuation of service on local news. Peapod senior management should be ashamed on how whole thing was handled. I would never recommend Peapod to anyone in the US.

Tip for consumers:
Do not use Peapod. Plenty of decent grocery services out there now. Apparently Peapod wasn't willing to adjust business model to be competitive.
