I recently had a highly disappointing experience with Welding Supply Company. From the moment I placed my order, it quickly turned into a frustrating ordeal that left me feeling cheated and mistreated as a customer.

However, much to my dismay, the price of the supplies I needed inexplicably increased after I had already placed my order. This sudden price hike was not only inconvenient, but it also gave the impression that the company lacked transparency and integrity in their business practices. It is unacceptable to raise prices without any valid explanation or notification.

What's worse is that instead of reaching out to me directly to discuss the price change or explore potential alternatives, Welding Supply Company unilaterally decided to cancel my order without any prior communication. This level of disregard for customer satisfaction is simply unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to have my concerns addressed promptly. However, the lack of communication demonstrated by Welding Supply Company showcased a complete lack of professionalism and customer service.

The overall experience left me feeling frustrated, inconvenienced, and with a negative impression of Welding Supply Company. Their inconsistent pricing and unprofessional communication have severely damaged their reputation in my eyes.
