Hello everyone. There admittedly is some negative press going around about this company BUT take a few minutes to check all the facts. Remember that IF people are making reviews it is typically the few that had a bad experience, or an exceptionally good experience. Were some people disappointed with their experience through the COVID crisis with delays and/or cost changes? Yes. However, COVID pricing affected all of us and still is. Finally we are starting to see some relief. I am not affiliated with this company at all but rather was working to get a building through them.
Well, what about my experience? I have been on the phone many multiple times with these kind, helpful and accommodating people. They went out of their way to make my project work. The worked with me on the pricing and the shipping to make the project fit my budget. I was able to get in on some special pricing due to a large order being placed, however a budget problem came up and I was not able to continue with my project. Again, these people worked with me to everything they could to help me out. Ultimately I was not able to continue with the project, at least not yet, but even though this was the case they STILL were kind, understanding and helpful. They really wanted to help me make it work but when my budget got killed by unforeseen circumstances they came through. In a few months I guarantee I will be working with them again, detailing my dream garage workshop. Thank you Armstrong. Good luck!
