There is only one word needed to describe them... PATHETIC. They promised and did not deliver on a simple supplementing of a paper mostly done but due to a family member taking ill... I needed some help. The help given? How about adding in-text citing to my own words and 90% of all words added taken from published sources. The other 10% was also taken, but a word or two changed and just left without any bother to cite or comment on. They also "re-did" my conclusion... JOKE. They copied my introduction, changed four (4) words using a thesaurus and sent to me. Then, of course, haven't answered crap since. It is my fault anyways for trusting them and not doing any research, but I wanted to get to my sister's house while she recovers in hospital. I also hope they Burn In Hell...
